By purchasing a ticket and attending Zodiac: The Las Vegas Wellness Event Series, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Participation in all event activities, including but not limited to fitness classes, wellness experiences, vendor interactions, and performances, is voluntary. You understand that physical activity, including fitness classes, may involve inherent risks such as injury, strain, or discomfort. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your physical condition and any risks associated with your participation.

The event may include elements such as fire performances, live entertainment, and interactive experiences. By attending, you acknowledge awareness of these elements and agree to exercise personal judgment and caution at all times.

Food, beverages, and products may be offered, sampled, or sold by vendors during the event. You are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients, materials, and suitability before consuming or using any product. The event organizers, sponsors, and vendors are not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.

All activities and experiences at the event are undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You agree that the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, vendors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

By attending the event, you also grant permission for photo and video content captured during the experience to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

These terms are accepted upon ticket purchase and participation in the event.
